We accept PayPal ONLY.

If you have no Paypal account, you can pay by credit card through PayPal. Just select PayPal for your payment option and on the right hand side of the next screen you will have the option to select to pay without creating an account.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Transactions will be cancelled if payment has not been received within 48 hours of purchase.

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If items are in stock, it will be shipped within 7 working days after payment has been cleared. If items are not in stock, it will be shipped within 14 working days after payment has been cleared.

All orders will be shipped WORLDWIDE via Hong Kong Worldwide Airmail. For additional US$2.00, it will be shipped via Hong Kong Registered Worldwide Airmail with tracking number to track your package immediately. Please contact me if you need this additional service.

The shipping time normally takes 7-14 working days, some countries may take 14-21 working days. (Public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not included).

International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.

PACKAGING & LOST IN SHIPMENT

All packages are carefully packaged in envelopes, padded envelopes or boxes depending on what you purchased. Some items are protected with bubble wrap so they won't get damage during shipping. All these are included in the shipping fee.

However, if your order is lost or damaged during shipping, we will NOT be responsible for the lost or refund because we take great care to protect your purchases before we ship them out. If you would like to put an insurance on your order, please email us before you check out.

Replacement (if possible) or refund only accepted when the product is faulty or damaged. Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the goods and photo evidence is necessary. Please note that shipping and handling fees are NOT able to refund.
